Roasted nuts, cute crafts, hot chocolate, mulled wine and beer. All part of a Christmas market experience. I visit a Christmas market every year and always feel really festive when I go to one.
We have some lovely markets in the UK but I have always wanted to go to one in Germany, as they are known to be amazing and magical!.....One day! :)
